    Heehee, sounds like you have gotten some good advice so far. Not sure if you need anyone else to help........ Volt ohm meter the line. From what I've read, could be anything form the ignition switch to a bad connector. But the guy previously seems to be better equiped to handle your problem;)

    If she is embarrassed due to what stangers think of her in your car, let her go. You see you and what she chooses, (you) should come frist, not nobodys. This is very important. I can see complaining about stinking, dirt and stuff, but not what others she dose not even know being more inportant than you, and what you have accoplished. Heed my words. YOU should be more important than strangers.

    I've got one of those alts coming. I did not get the belt recremmened due to new gator belts recently purchaced. It will be here next week, so I will let you know how the belt dose under my scinero.

    Hey, least that will reduce "ware and tare"! Don't forget to grease the brakes and friction disk.

    Clean contacts at battery REALLY good. Make sure connections are tight after cleaning. You can have voltage, but when you try to pull that much juice through a bad connection, it can fail.

    Mabey I should have looked into that more. I defininty was in a hurry, and needed a bolt on. If that was the case, stupid me. Yes I've placed order already. So tell me, is it a bolt on gig? I can always search later.

    Personally, I would do suspension. That sounds like a very good deal on those parts. Someone around here may have a moderate muffler you can get. Just the sound will make the butt dyno a little happy, combined with the suspention, may feel like a new car, untill you can finish the ext.

    Pricy for me too. I've just have had so many problems with alternators dying in my zx's. They did not like me coming in and taking advantage of the "lifetime" on that part. One day at shucks they did not have there common alt, so little money upgraded to a bosch rebuilt. That is what I have today. Lasted the longest. SOOOO I'm guessing not enough output. (Remember, bigish stereo.)

    I'm thinking they will support it. N47 will greatly increase your cr. The cam will perform better with the n47, if I'm correct, due to the higher cr. Get a wide band o2 sensor for tuning. Without a standalone ecu you will need to play a bit.

    Is their something out their that has a better output for the zx or zxt alternator? (bolt on) My alternator is going, or belt is loose, checking today.. Ether way, with stero going and lots of electrical running, it seems to fall a bit short.
