  1. That is an impressive SC... Regarding the fuel lines, I am surprised that 2 -6 lines would be adequate for what the car is being designed for. I am not doubting, as I am sure he has done his homework, just surprised. In mine, I run 2 Walbro GSL-392 pumps with -8 fittings to a single -10 feed line into the engine bay, splitting to 2 -8 lines to feed each end of the rail with a center return. mike
  2. Full Race makes some VERY nice stuff... I am going to guess-timate 6400+ rpm's before seeing full boost. Good luck w/ the build
  3. Nice work guys!! Thanks for the diff photos as well, I am toying with ideas for rear end optons, and the Ford 8.8 is a consideration at this point. Regards, mike
  4. Yep, still waiting for my friend to download the video off of his camera. he just got it and was having difficulties getting it to interface w/ his computer...
  5. Although not on an RB, I am running a Veilside copy on my 2JZ. It required major work to get it to flow correctly. My machinist reshaped the runners to match the ports as well as the manifold bolt holes to get good fit / performance. And yes... the Q45 tb is a good upgrade. Just my .02
  6. Sorry to hear about that Hanns... Hopefully you'll be able to work something out to keep a pair of snails on the car. Mike
  7. 135 is no joke!! You are putting that power to good use. Were you running the MT drag radials? I bet that $500 feels pretty good huh
  8. Hey stranger... good to see that you are still around. You know, Scottie and I were wondering if you had made any further progress on your GNZ...
  9. Looks like big fun!! Thanks for posting Phil
  10. Lookin good, but I think you need some more bars around the driver to be certified for 8.50's though...
  11. Congrats!! As a dd, it is very comfortable. I have made 2 800+ mile trips so far in mine, only stopping for fuel, food and bathroom breaks and I must say, it is even nice to drive on the long trips. Only big on going issue I have heard with the 03 and 04's is the front tires wear pretty quickly due to a design flaw in the front suspension, other than that you should be good to go.

    SDS help needed

Check your crankshaft pulley bolt.... The dampers are known for coming loose and causing the symptoms you are seeing.
  13. Yep, that's Hoover's business And thank you for the Primadonna history lesson. I enjoyed the read.
  14. Well, I'm screwed... I have sim time in St Louis that weekend I have no way out of it as it is mandatory company paid training and sim time is rediculously difficult to get right now...
  15. Awesome JOEL!!!! It'll be great to meet you, mike

    2jz?

There are a couple of us out there that have done the 2JZGTE swap and atleast a couple more in the works. Just my opinion, but I have no regrets on my engine choice. Cyrus has a very nicely done clean swap. He has an excellent write up on it as well. Regards, mike
  17. That is just too pretty to be on the underside of the car!!
  18. Thanks Chris John/Jerry - I should have my sim schedule for March by Monday, so I will know whether or not I can make it to SEZ. I just found out that I will have a little over a week off starting mid next week, so i'll be working on the car and weather permitting, testing a little bit as well... I'll keep you all informed, mike
