what deminsions would fit? Can you give me a direct link? i am on treadstone's site but i don't know the specs for it, and i don't have the ability to take off the front of my Z for a while now. i know i am annoying, but i don't want to screw this up.

can you recommend any shops that would make one?

I am 20, on my dad's account since I still live there while I am in college, have the good student and drivers ed. discounts, and 2 other cars already on there. I love loopholes and discounts. but if it makes u feel any better my eclipse's insurance is 465.56 every sx months.

today I got my father to call our insurance company, allstate, to find out just how much the insurance is going to cost. I figured since it is a 6 cylinder turbo-charged car that I would be looking at about 200 - 250. well, he calls them up and the magic number is.......$90 every 6 months. that blew my mind and made my day. hell, I am going to try to have it registered and insured by next week. just thought i'd say that. -typhoone

there is a GREAT thing about cars that a lot of people fail to realize now days. when i am building a car i am building MY car. i can come to forums and the like for ideas and advice from others with more experience, but no one has the right to bash any of my ideas. People offer up there ideas which has a possibility of changing mine or adding something to it, but when it all comes down to it, i am building my car, and i can do what ever i want to it. Hell, i can take my car out into my yard with a can of gas and a pack of matches and have a bonfire, and no one really has the right to be pissed off about it, because it was MY car. Now, if i try to build your car or come near your car with the gas and matches......

there are so many ways to get software without paying for it, not many of them are "legal" but there are plenty of ways.

print that out and keep that in your car just in case. i am lucky, i live in South Carolina, we don't have sniffers and all that stuff. the only problems we really have are noise ordinance stuff, which even that can be avoided if you don't hammer the gas.

that is a nice wrx. I have two Zs, one is perfectly driveable, but I want to do some work to it before it becomes my daily driver. the other one is in good condition except for the fact that the motor is on my front porch. my daily driver is a 00 eclipse Rs. it is good on gas and looks nice, so I will use that until my Z is where I want it, hopefully by the end of the summer i'll be close.

that's nice dude. I only see one problem with it, and that is the fact that it is stock. but, i'm sure you will remedy this small fault in no time

i know i am kinda young, 20, and a lot of people have much more experience at it than me, but i get road rage like you wouldn't believe. I drive a little eclipse with a stock wing on it, and people love getting so close to me that i see their lights UNDER my wing.i hate being tailgated, and 9 times outta 10 if someone is on my ass, i floor it to get away from them, then i go the speed limit after there is a nice little piece of road between us. BUT if they get close like that again, i tap my brakes, and if they still don't get the message, i slam on them. i know it is dumb, but when i can't see ahead of me because of the people behind me, i have no mercy, because if it is something actually important, and they just had to be somewhere quick, they would pass me. if they just want to ride my ass to where ever they are going, they can pay for me to get a new paint job. sorry if this was a thread jack -Typhoone

what all can be stripped out of it??? i know mine doesn't have AC in it, but what else can be taken out? just wondering
