  1. Sorry if I'm jacking your thread, but is there any fuel cell that can utilize the stock filling spout?
  2. Whale tail might be your ticket? Or maybe one of these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/59-INCH-CARBON-FIBER-3D-GT-WING-SPOILER-DRIFT-N1-RACE_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33638QQihZ018QQitemZ280163505143QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW I believe Mikelly is using this wing on his 280z and some other members too.

    Weathertrip Kit

Yes. At least on my kit made by Precision. But every other kit should have it too.
  6. BRAAP is spot on. I learned that too eventually just by ordinary use. I always make sure im stopped when shifting into reverse, and I always go to 5th then down to reverse with the clutch in. Its the best way to do it with no grinding.

    Weathertrip Kit

I wouldn't trust that no-brand ebay kit. The MSA one is probably the best kit out there now. I bought the kit that Precision sells from datsunstore.com(no longer carries it) and I'm sorta happy with it. Everything went in just fine, but the doors and trunk were much harder to close. But its been about 2 weeks I think and I put Napa syl-glide lubricant on all the rubber. Since 2 weeks the doors and trunk are closing much more easily than before, but its still much harder to do comparing to the original weatherstripping. Go with the MSA kit.
  8. Like jmortesen and Clifton said, check the length of the pushrod. I had the same exact problem as you. My master was leaking, replaced it, booster started leaking, replaced it. After putting the larger mc and the new booster the push rod need to be adjusted quite a bit until the brakes engage at the right point in the pedal throw. It's going to be a pain in the butt to adjust it just right, but I am very sure that's your problem. While your doing this check if your reaction disk is in place like the others said. That's also a very common problem. I THINK your brakes should engage after 2 inches of pushing down the brake pedal.
  9. Lookin good man! Your gonna love that fatmat. My ride is so quiet now.
  10. I'll put some pics up sunday night. Its a great strut bar.
  11. I'm loving my PDK strut bar and it cost 170 shipped. http://www.pdkfabrication.com
  12. Well one of my girl friends asked me a while back what I named my car. I said haven't thought of anything yet. So she says its gonna be something that orange, like Tony the Tiger! So my car's name is Tony, and its middle name is the, and his last name is Tiger. Tony the Tiger. Plus I love frosted flakes.
  13. ^^^What he said. I've taken out my dash out twice and its super easy. Just make sure you sharpie numbers on the wires you disconnect so you know where what goes.
  14. Btw, I tried slamming on the brakes and yes I did lock up the fronts.
  15. I think you should definitely keep them. I love how it looks plus its just such a functional piece. We had our first rain of the season yesterday and I love how I can open my windows 2 inches while its POURING with not one drop coming in the windows. Keep em!
  16. I haven't really SLAMMED on the brakes as hard as I possibly can but pushing it pretty damn hard the car just stops and I can feel its on the verge of locking up. I don't see why I would try to setup the brakes to lock up. Plus what I really like is it isn't a one wheel lock up. It tracks perfectly straight under HARD braking, and I know if it were to lock up it would be both left and right wheels at relatively the same time. Comparing to how the brakes were before the problems started I'm VERY happy and I'm pretty sure this is as good the stock brakes get.
  17. I'm 17 and I've been pulled over 5 times under my first year. I've only had one small "unsafe lane change" ticket which was a very small misdemeanor. Over the summer I always shave my head and cops are on my ass left and right. One time I was driving my dads old buick which has a small crack in the windshield. Cop pulls me over for the crack, and from the crack they somehow find me suspicious and end up searching me, cuffing me, putting me in back of his cop car, while him and his partner are tearing through everything trying to find some weapons or drugs. The cop comes back says "I'm gonna let you go this time, but get that windshield fixed.".... OK Officer.. Mind you I've never been arrested, convicted of any crime, or have a record.
  18. Man that is such a good idea. That would be great to have while cruising on the freeway or anywhere really.
  19. Russ please more info on those RB-R's! I've been looking for wheels everywhere and those finally look like something I would buy. I would love to get them in that hyper black and paint an orange lip on them. Please post more pics. How much do they weigh each? How big is the lip on those wheels? So with the 10mm offset do you think 245's can fit in the rear with some minor fender rolling?
