  1. Bump. Really would like to get my hands on some of these. My floppy carpet is irritating!
  2. The answer to all of your questions except the last one is "yes". Where in Oklahoma are you? I've got a bunch of random parts over near Sallisaw, PM me if you need anything specific and I'll let you know If I have it.
  3. Bump, anyone spec out the supra injectors for the opening time and time threshold yet, or compare them to a similar injector?
  4. Seems like he's using the 280zx rear caliper and rotor swap with the maxima bracket, yeah. So phil, let us know how the bias feels once you get it back on the road, yeah? Stock front brakes with this, right? Thanks for the vid!
  5. Nope, those are a different part. You're talking about the part you can only see when the door is open. "Sill plates" The part I'm talking about can be seen at all times when you're sitting inside the car. "Scuff plates" Thanks though! I believe this part is universal for 74.5-78 260z and 280z's, but I'm not 100% Here is what mine should look like:
  6. I'm looking for the metal trim pieces that go inside the doors to hold down the carpet. They are black, and have 3 screw holes. I've found them online NOS for $50 + shipping, but I'm not as concerned about looks as I am functionality of holding down the carpet. My only requirement is that they aren't bent, and are free of rust.
  7. I've got one I could send your way if no one closer has one. $25 + shipping? I can take some pics too if you wish.
  8. More details? This sounds like what needs to be done for the RB-Solieu GB of LSD's. 30 spline LSD center.
  9. Yup, those be the ones! Once again, it all goes back to LAZY .... Well, that and I'm halfway waiting for E to get his birthday present, a 1080p FlipCam I just need to go ahead and do one in the meantime.
  10. Lol well, it's true. I have a nice set of 240z tails and panels sitting on a shelf, waiting for me to not be lazy. EDIT: Ugh.... have I really still not made a video since the holset swap? I need to get on that!
  11. For now... Thanks BBZ! Yeah I swapped all that stuff over. I leave that .5 tidbit in there mainly for troubleshooting, and to see if anyone notices the discrepancy... which you did! heh
  12. Here is his datalog. Definitely some resets, and definitely some voltage noise... Accel looks to be causing some issues as well. datalog200909151917.zip
  13. Ugh, I haven't gotten my plane or heli out even once this season been too busy. Man, knowing the cost of just one of those model jet engines... I can't imagine building a RC jet. Just think about a fully tricked out track Z kids, $$$$$.
  14. Kiba - 6 month old, pure breed Shiba Inu. He's JDM yo! I've had him about a month or so. He's my first dog, it's been awesome!
  15. Hmm makes me wonder if that's why I couldn't ever track down my ign +12. Thanks for the update!
  16. He's trying to use the integrated PWM circuit, not inline resistors.
  17. That's weird, I didn't show any continuity to the heat sink after we installed the BIP373. He had it running for a short period, so I guess maybe it heated up enough to form a place in the grease that grounded it out. The PO claimed to have his car running with low-z injectors, but when we got it the PWM circuit wasn't even installed, so I wouldn't be surprised if something is fried, to be honest.
  18. It's possible that either your overrun has a taper to it, or that it's a simple matter of lags. Lags as in the ecu was a little behind in turning it off after reacting to the rpm trigger... either in reality, or just in the logs. I've noticed Megasquirt acting like this on occasion. Maybe a Wolf guy can add more about what goes behind the scenes.
  19. This is Megasquirt knowledge, so take it with a grain of salt I'm pretty sure overrun is only intended to be used above 2500-3000rpm or so, as you're decelerating. Having it set as low as you did would probably cause it to kick in during cruise, likely causing on oscillation condition of kicking on and off, hence the bucking. Try setting it to a higher RPM and see if it still does it. I've disabled overrun completely. I never could get it to transition smoothly in and out, and it just generally made me nervous.
  20. Just as a baseline reference, how hot is "overheating". You say the temps climb, but how high do they get before you start getting worried? I personally don't think it's an issue with the hood being off, but I could be wrong. There is a small possibility that your waterpump needs to be replaced. It could be that at speed the radiator is doing a good enough job of cooling the poorly flowing water, but that around town it just can't keep up. You might try checking the condition of your water pump as a last resort.
  21. He's running megasquirt, I'm sure the mixture is fine.
  22. I'm tired of these gosh darn snakes on this gosh darn forum I was just waiting for him to drop one of those tubs on that video and have snakes going everywhere, lol.
