  1. Of course it would! Just think of all the sammiches and Cola you could carry along within arm's reach!
  2. Mine sits a little uneven as well. Bought the car like that, haven't worried too much about it at the moment. I've replaced a lot of the bushings and such and am currently replacing the rear shocks. I'm planning on replacing all of my suspension in the coming few years so I haven't bothered toying with it much.
  3. Ah I see. Thanks for the response, looking forward to updates. And I will mention that the high speed stability is almost perfect on my car. I haven't driven a stock Z to see the difference, but from what I hear the stability is usually nothing to write home about. I'm sure the combination of my G-Nose and underbelly can take credit for that.
  4. Nice project. I have to ask ZR8ED (as I know you had involvment with my car in the past) did you by chance build the one belly pan that's on my car? It resembles the one in your first pic very closely. Just curious...
  5. I just came on here to post this! LoL! Buddy of mine sent the link yesterday. Absolutely perfect!
  6. Agreed 100%. It's good to know that someone has some sort of reputation or credibility before buying. If they're going to screw you over chances are they've already hit someone up before.
  7. Two ways you could make that Mustang setup work: Do what you planned along the lines of the last photoshop you did, license plate in the middle. Or, add a Z Emblem in the center between the two tails and mount the plate below at the bottom of the bumper. (Sort of like how the Stang has the pony emblem there). I'm impressed though. If you told me about that idea I wouldn't think it'd be coming off as good as it is. I'm not a huge fan of swapped taillights. Looks good.
  8. Nice mainfold! Those numbers are pretty impressive. I've been toying with the idea of picking up another Z to toss an L28et into. I've found a car, it's just a long distance away from me.
  9. Whoa. Those pics are brutal. Really sad to see, but glad you have something and at least know it wasn't completely ruined. Best of luck with the rebuild...
  10. Good info to know. The stuff definitely looks like a pain in the butt to remove.
  11. Quoted for truth! The 240SX cars up here have all had the absolute snot beaten out of them by 17-21 year olds (in my experience anyway. Unless it's an automatic then it's usually in decent shape.) And they do not take too well to our winters at all. Skylines are all over the place, I know three guys who currently own or have owned them. I see the appeal though, they're nice cars. But i've personally only ever been attracted to the R34 AWD Turbo model. (Before the Fast & Furious series debut btw).
  12. Ahhhhhh! ZOMBIE THREAD! Kill it with Fire!!!! (Seriously, 7 years old? Holy.)
  13. The rear fenders look great. Car turned out nice!
  14. Ok. Not ALL of us "Jeep Guys" are the same. Although I will attest that we're all McGyvers to some degree. I had to use ratchet straps for a leaf spring to drive 30kms on an extremely rocky and steep trail to get back to the highway. I'd broken a control arm mounting point on my coil sprung Grand Cherokee. It was a crappy weekend and an awful 30 hours of being stranded and limping our way out.
  15. Sorry to hear that... Best of luck to you on your search and to your family.
  16. This thread needs more links. (I know I know, search...)
  17. I like the covers. I noticed on the Website where you bought those lights (the supplier) has Projector fogs. Hmmmm.....
  18. Wow. Just plain wow. Twin turbos and two HUGE testicles.
  19. Naaawwwsss could cause danger to the manifold and the passenger side floor pan to fall out due to losing the bolts.
  20. Funny thing about the Dachshund... I was talking to a girl I once went to high school with at a bar. She'd asked me what was new and I replied that i'd just bought an old Datsun. Her reply? "YOU BOUGHT A WEINER DOG?!?! THAT'S AWESOME!"
