CAR HAS PAINT !! woohoo! Interior paint was done last night... more final sanding was done today on the outside.. Exterior should be painted and pinstriped tomorrow!! (I'll try to remember my camera)

I thought I read somewhere that the hotter the fuel is, the better it is to vaporize and burn more efficiently, like the system Smokey Yunick had on a Fiero. The air charge is the main concern with keeping cool.. On that same note though...vapor lock would pose a problem in most cases.. I guess there is a fine line there..

What seats would have the seat belt included... only some convertibles ? I need to get something for the 510 wagon project.. and scrap the old lap belts.

I wouldn't count on it lasting forever in there. There was a reason they used the T5 in the turbo. Its notchier feeling, but more durable with the extra hp.

Sorry, but it still looks like shiot. At least he did try though... maybe next time it will turn out better. Trial and error always pays off..... unless you are completely incompetent.

I heard it was going to be a pretty dry winter here... I dug my well when the last "drought' hit about 5 years ago in this area when we built the house.. Its been fine so far. We hit a pocket 'o water. More than we could pump @ 12gpm. We've had a couple sprinkles in the last few months. One just the other day.

I don't think the 510 is dying.. I just bought my first one last year (a wagon). So far I have enjoyed working on it. Although the Z is being neglected at the moment the 510 wagon is a welcome addition to my Nissan family. I thought about converting the forum I had setup http://www.cruez.com/forum/ for the L6 Z cars over to 510, because the 510 realm is mainly way up north and there wasn't one for us over here on the east coast, and there are enough Z car forums. The mailing list is fine... I just like the forum format better.
