Damn... I didn't expect the diesel to run as good as the video showed... My father had a Volvo 6 Cylinder diesel. I was driving it one day and got left behind by a SCHOOL BUS..... no kidding.. that was one of the slowest POS I have ever drove.

Thats a heavy and quick truck If you go to a tractor pull, some of those turbo diesels put out more smoke that that thing.

I live about an hour north(west) of Charlotte (in morning traffic), In Lincoln County.. might be a bit far to drive depending on what part of Charlotte you're are working in. Gaston County butts up against Mecklenberg.. but I'm not that fond of Gastonia either.. And Lake Norman is right there. A new Hwy 16 is in the process of being built an will have a straight shot to Charlotte.

My brother also had one that was made in Mexico forgot what year.... it was a diesel... He had problems with his also and traded it in on a Mazda 6. on the other hand... a friend of mine had a 97 or so model that ran forever..

A good friend of mine goes to the Outer Banks every year... I have not made it yet... We usually go to Oak Island... (at least the dogs can go play on the beach there also )
