  1. http://www.arizonazcar.com/cableinstall.html Did this on my dad's to run a 240sx TB with a cable. Mario
  2. I know the dodge/plymouth neon had one too... Mario
  3. I saw him here in Tucson as well!!! He was leading a huge parade of harleys... Mario
  4. Not sure, but I recall a thread saying that dealerships are basically giving the 350z 6 speeds away... I know a few members had some to play around with. Maybe price it out and see what turns up? Mario
  5. I've seen this posted here before, I'm pretty sure one of the OGs runs it, maybe even on an L28. Mario
  6. Glad you're ok!!! Did it feel like something locking around the steering wheel area or from the suspension in the front? When the wheel lock engages mine will still move a little, did it move at all? Scary! Mario
  7. http://www.yokohamatire.com/utrimwidth.asp I've seen a more general one out there... According to them 225s on an 8.5in wheel are too stretched. Mario
  8. Those will fit but you won't be able to lower the car without flaring it. My friend has them on his 280z, the rears stick out about 1-1.5in and the fronts (which are 7.5s or 7s) end up a little less then flush with the fender. You'll have to flair the car before installing them. (Unless it's a 280zx, these fill the rear PERFECTLY) On tires, it depends what kind you run. Right now his car has 225/50R15 and they look a little stretched (Hankook street tires). He used to run BFG Drag Radials (same size) and they sat perfect on these wheels. Most places have recommended wheel width size for their tires, I'll see if I can find it. Mario
  9. I've seen people say to try energizing them with a 9v (using brief spurts) to try and dislodge them if they are stuck. If your connectors are old and brittle you might have to redo them: http://www.atlanticz.ca/zclub/techtips/injectors/connectors/index.html Mario
  10. Check Toys R Us as well. If you live in a moderately sized city, there's got to be a Toys R Us with one. For some reason people always go to Walmart/Target/Gamestop for them and skip the toy stores. I'll be on the look out for one, my sister got one on black friday and it's so much fun! Mario
  11. Check the fuseable links and the connections on the headlight switch. Mario
  12. I thought methanol eats through normal injector bodies... If not i have 2 spare new 4runner injectors that I want to do the same to... Mario
  13. Same here. And is it just me or does it seem really big compared to the previous models? Mario
  14. According to google it is non-interference. Mario
  15. That's the only place mine's rusted out (almost as bad). So is my friend's. Both of our cars have always been AZ cars and they are spotless everywhere else... Weird indeed... Mario
  16. You can be pinching/shorting out one of the wires. We had that issue with my dad's Z, the DB37 connector was pinching a sensor wire and it was behaving screwy. You could be grounding out a wire causing it to squirt fuel. Check continuity to ground. Mario
  17. Me in my POS Z! (It's a love-hate thing, and I kinda hate it right now...) Mario
  18. Would it be possible to add a check valve to the system? Didn't some Zs have check valves for this purpose? What's your fuel system set up like? Dead headed? Returnless? Etc? Mario
  19. I'm running one too. It's pretty good, easy to launch, aggressively or not, but certainly not the best. Mario
  20. The bendix is probably full of grime and old grease. They're easy to take apart and repack and clean everything for a smooth working starter. Mario
  21. With a different paint job, 2 inches lower, and a not-so-disgustingly-ugly front end, I'd rock it. Mesh wheels too. Mario
  22. Ahhh it's local and I'm broke! Noooooooo!!!! Mario
