Got it started and drove it today. Sounds really good with the 3 inch exhaust. Pulls really hard from 4K +. I like it. Vids to come.

Stravi, thats because it is. Op incorrectly tightened them and is now blaming arp. It helps to follow directions.

Its a lot easier to just make your N/A engine turbo. A lot cheaper too.

I was considering using my old turbo exhaust (3 inch) for my new N/A engine. If I can, I'd like to avoid buying a set of headers in the name of budget constraints. Is there anyway I can go from the exhaust manifold straight to 3 inch? Can an exhaust shop make this or is the flange on our manifolds a common flange?

Make sure all your vacuum lines to the wastegate are not plugged, or cracked, etc. I had the same problem and it turned out someone had stuck a piece of metal in the wastegate signal line..

Take a picture of it from underneath and show us. Its pretty obvious the difference in r180s and r200s.

Nope I could probably cut you a discount. I also have a 3 inch exhaust that I would be willing to sell. I'd perfer to go to 2.5 if I can.

Ensure that the AFM is the proper turbo AFM.. I've heard of people using the N/A afm and that happening. -
Update: Popped open my block today, number 6 piston skirt broke and the rings broke as well. Im going to an NA setup, about to assemble a .040 bored over F54/P90 fully balanced. Updates to come.

Need some square port headers. Don't have to be pretty and I need them local. If wanted, I have plenty of parts im willing to trade, heads,intakes, turbo parts etc.
