The "new" cars will show up at a dealership near you. Sold as new to the general public then the problems will begin... Be sure to peel the carpet back on any "new" car you buy over the next several months and check for water damage. Scarry!

Long and hard meaning we did invetro fertilization for a little over 2 years. What a grueling ordeal, my wife is a real trooper hundreds of shots, several surguries, many disappointments and now the "joy" of carrying twins.(she is miserable but copeing) If I would have spent that $$ on the Z I'm sure I'd have the baddest of the bad by now but I'll take the kids over cars any day.

WOW!!! Ok throw out the cost factor. I'm guessing $2400? d -
OK I'm getting PO'd Heres the deal I've replaced EVERYTHING out back you name it. Current set up Tokico (sp) struts filled the tubes w/oil MS springs came w/car Polyurethane everywhere New diff mount stock rubber LSD CV axels AZ big brake kit 280Z stub axels New axel bearings Everytime I hit a bump it sounds like the friggin rearend is "loose" It's all tight though. Almost sounds like the struts are to short and bouncing inside the sleeves or something It's horrible. Did I miss something??? I've had it apart twice not and cannot figure out what's loose. My next idea is to rip the rear apart and install coil overs to see if that makes the noise go away. I'm at my ropes end. David

Mke congrats on the prospect of becoming your own boss. Before you take another step I would highly recomend visiting with a private business consultant AND an accountant (CPA). Earlier this year I was going to purchase two NAPA stores in my area. After visiting with the above persons I could make a formal strategy for moving forward. Example one was (corporate store) Store did not have enough cash flow to substantiate the price of inventory, even at the 30% discount they were offering me, additionally next years projected sales we're double of the previous year, lofty goals in deed. To cut to the quick the business brokers sent me away with contract to present to the corporte guys that had so many "out" that I could walk away at any time. I won't go into the second store that had NO sales history etc, that was scarry! Anyway, what I'm trying to say is do your homework (which I know your're good at) and visit with others doing similar work and please consider the business brokers and a visit with your accountant. David

I would appreciate Lisa and I being added to your prayer list for the next 30 days. We are requesting prayers so that we may become pregnant. For the past two years Lisa and I have been trying to become pregnant via the most evasive method of invetro fertilization, out side the body embryo creation. She has endured several surgeries, received quarts of IV administered drugs and I’ve stuck her with so many needles I’ve lost count. She has been pushed into premature/artificial menopause (part of the procedures) experiencing hot flashes, and all the symptoms of menopause. This has truly tested our marriage however we have remained strong even during our weakest most challenging times. Lisa is a strong woman to have the courage to have been subjected to all the treatments she has and I love her so much for trying so hard for us to have a family at the expense of her health. Currently we travel between Rogers, AR and St. Louis MO to see our fertility doctor which has not been the easiest trips to make. Five hours each way, we usually leave one evening, to see the doctor the next morning, and then travel straight home arriving home close to the time we left the day before. I feel strongly that through the power of prayer miracles do happen. We are, and have been praying for a miracle. I ask that you mention our names to your congregation this Sunday morning to keep us in your churches thoughts and prayers that we may be blessed to become pregnant and experience the joy of having our own family. Thank you and God Bless you. Sincerely, David and Lisa Sommer

Arrrgh! Line Lock trouble!
dsommer replied to cygnusx1's topic in Brakes, Wheels, Suspension and Chassis
Call Dave at AZ Zcar Monday!!! I had to call him Friday evening 5PM his time and I could not believe he picked up the phone!!! I did not install my line lock or proportioning valve yet. But I would like to point out the reason for my call. BAD brake shimmy in the steering wheel. Kinda "missed" the part in the instructions where you need to turn the brand new rotors .01 a few passes on a lathes to make it all come together. If you have not done this and you haven't driven the car you'll be in for a suprise when you drive, not a "happy" suprise either!!! -

Get a lawyer, explain what is going on. Lawyer should write a letter to D*ckhead and his ex saying something to the effect of unlock the grage let my client get his stuff out, dickhead and Ex, present (cops too) OR we'll just take your asses in front of a judge, period, that simple. When a letter arrives from the lawyer to both of them, same address unless he put in a COA at the post office (doubt it). When the letter arrives she WILL freak out about it because she is being pulled into a potential lawsuit which she knows she has nothing to do with. If you know others who have parts in there have them do the same, hell you might get a group discount at the lawyers office. Good thing you have pics and receipts for parts!!! Now go contact a lawyer, some do first consultation free. Good luck er it's not "luck" it's the friggin LAW. I'll ask my wife about this too, she used to work for the county prosecutor, she'll know what to do... Honey Oh sweetheart...... I'll follow up later. David

So my question still lingers...how do you post a pic?
