Looks like your foot is coming on and off the throttle.. My M3 has a button where you can turn it on "Sport mode" which makes the throttle a lot more sensitive than what it normally is. I think it makes it linear, instead of having it give less throttle at below half pedal. Anyway, when I wasn't use to it, or when my friends were unsuspectingly driving the car, I'd hit that button, and then the reciprocating effect would happen. I thought it was quite funny.. Anyway, the reason I think that is because I can see the drivers knee moving back and forth like he's manipulating the throttle.. And it seems to be fine after the corner. Or unless you're talking about the shifter moving back and forth. That happens when your shifter is directly into the transmission. Every car I've had will do that to some extent.

I use a chop saw with a fiber wheel. Although I've used bandsaws. Which are nice, but that one was a bit harder to set up for angles.

I noticed the L28 valve train is mildly loud. Also, like someone said before, vacuum and exhaust leaks can cause popping noises, and the car will run crappy. If you're getting fresh air sucked into the 02' sensors, or air is bypassing any MAF sensors, the car will not run right.

Found this on Lincoln Electrics site about welding 4130. Chrome Moly. I've even heard that a heat blanket should be used over the part to let it cool slower.

Where are you guys getting your weld in ends? It doesn't look like the "chassis shop" carries them anymore.

Very cool. And straight to the point. I'm building a frame under the car. You're building the frame, then sticking the body on.. much faster!

Yeah, it's a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot of work. I've ventured into it myself, and personally I would never offer any to customers because of how much time it actually takes out of your life to do projects like this, unless it's your main source of income. I'm doing it as a hobby, and it's a very expensive one.
