    Thankyou very much guys!!! Not really my brithday, me no likey internet infomation. Nothing with you all, just, well you know... The only pic of me is put up by, crap, what is his name, helped me pull that turbo engine..... Man getting old. Anyhow, thoughts that count, Priceless!!! I'm around 37, b-day is in winter:). Was head engineer in a cable company, prior to that Sonar tech on a trident sub, if that background helps;)

    If the volumetric efficacy is the same on any given engine and you are producing 80hp per cylinder, then it makes sense that: 1= 80hp 2=160hp 3=240hp and so on. The differences are of course are rotating mass and friction from more surfaces. This dose not change the potential from any given amount of cyls., and the losses will not equal or out perform the gains from more clys. If I'm off base, I know I will hear about it;)

    How about just a K&N filter on the valve cover (for intake) and run the crankcase into the exhaust at an angle to help pull air threw the engine?

    Work on the mechanical stuff before interior and or exterior stuff, i.e. paint. Really though you should do some reading here to get a better understanding of what you want. This way, since your female, I suppose, you won't get a billion ideas thrown at you. Then you can ask more direct questions pertaining to what you want.

    Oh boy, ummmmm.,,,,, boy,,,, Get an electrician to look at this for ya. There is a lot involved in doing what you are up to. Even though we use electricity every day, it is grossly underestimated in how dangerous it is.

    I hope she makes a full recovery, the dirt bag gets his, severed up cold by the justice system. AND I hope she learned a valuable lesson, STAY away from situations that are most likely to cause great harm. Me don't go to bars anymore, stopped 10yrs ago. (I miss playing pool)

    Work on drivetrain and or suspention frist. No point in damaging a beautifully restored car.

    Yes, but, freely. Not nearly the amount of force being applied to the rod/cap. As time passes and the problem get worse, if it is rod knock, you will hear it under all conditions. (even starting) By then your very done and need to be fliped.

    One thing that I've found in life, the more info I gain the more I will over think the problem. I always check the obvious "on purpose" to avoid having to smack my head later.

    Slipped chain would be consistent. Probably not. Ignition moduel, or wiring short is my 2ct.
