Anyone have one that can post pics from a few different angles mounted on the car? I've narrowed my choices down to that or the 3 piece imsa. Any one better for aero than the other?

If they use the motor from a corsa or vue you may be able to use the Bruno box to adjust assist.

I bought a column from a Saturn vue recently. Looks like it will fit but will be very tight but I haven't pulled my column yet to make 100% sure. There's a few threads on hot rod forums where people use these and are about $200 all in. As soon as my car is finished with paint I'm going to start this project.

He also said stainless gets harder from the heat of the blade, so the best thing you can do is keep the blade cool.

We were working in a metal plant having to cut a lot of stainless and aluminum mounting brackets. All our blades were constantly clogging. Some guy walking by said to use water for one of the metals and oil for the other. That was many moons ago, so I can't remember which was which, but it made cutting everything easier. The water one was what surprised me the most.

They just cut google from being their default search provider (google was paying them $300 million a year to be the default) and made yahoo default at yahoos promise to help people with their online privacy. Google tracks way too much personal information and sells it to everyone and they didn't like that. Each browser has their pluses and minuses.

I'm going to try to put electric power steering from a Saturn in my z. I picked a 2nd one up for my friends Z. They were $45 each out the door. People have been using these on mustangs in falcon some, and they said they work well.

I was using the mig a long time ago and had brake cleaner sitting on the cart when an old welder friend of my dad came in. He saw it and told me about it. I looked on the can and sure enough there was a warning for it. I went home and googled it and found this: CHLORINATED HYDROCARBON SOLVENTS Various chlorinated hydrocarbons are used in degreasing or other cleaning operations. The vapors of these solvents are a concern in welding and cutting because the heat and ultraviolet radiation from the arc will decompose the vapors and form highly toxic and irritating phosgene gas. (See Phosgene.) PHOSGENE Phosgene is formed by decomposition of chlorinated hydrocarbon solvents by ultraviolet radiation. It reacts with moisture in the lungs to produce hydrogen chloride, which in turn destroys lung tissue. For this reason, any use of chlorinated solvents should be well away from welding operations or any operation in which ultraviolet radiation or intense heat is generated.

In the 90s I worked for a computer company and we would connect peoples networks to high speed internet when it was just coming out. I set this one guys network up in his home office and this is all he did all day, traded currency. I think its because of the chlorine.

Be very careful with using mig gas with high heat with brake cleaner= mustard gas. Not sure about with brake fluid.

Will you be making imsa rear spoilers?

I had these on an old british car with no power assist. Aren't the pistons small on these?

By the way, if you have a chance buy a used one. I turned down the opportunity to buy a used one for &50. It looked way better than the new one. I guess someone else already did all the filling on it.

Just got my msa airdam in Thursday. What a POS. The gelcoat had star cracks in about half a dozen places. Chips all over it. Looks like some punk kids threw rocks at it all day long. The fitment was able to be tweaked to be good enough, but nowhere near perfect. Some spots will have to be grinded down and filled to make things line up decently. They said its fiberglass parts, that's how they are. What they should have said was that's how THEIR fiberglass parts are. They did offer me a refund as long as I paid the shipping back. I've bought fiberglass parts for other cars in the past and they were about perfect. I asked if they would put a disclaimer on their website for these saying they come rough and finishing is required.
