Like was already mentioned, look for parts clashing. I had a new exhaust put in and had the same type of noise. It was the rear drive shaft u-joint hitting the exhaust.

Anything can be made to work with enough money and time. Since it sounds like you don't know much about cars/bodywork, this would just be a matter of some major $$$$$.

It all depends.. I made my own rail, (I'm sure you could do the same with yours). But I welded in 8AN fittings. directly onto the rail. That way I was able to clear both sides.

Lol. Reminds me of a time I was about to hang myself, Couldn't find the problem. Turned out my brand new NGK's had broken inside the insulator. Checked everything getting spark from every wire, fuel , etc. Would have never guessed it was the brand new plugs.

Not sure about vegas, but in most states a judge will throw the ticket out if you have proof of insurance prior to the ticket date.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Good torches and tanks cost some $$$. I mostly use my MIG for welding but I rent tanks and bought a VERY EXPENSIVE torch for my flameworking. You should see the size of the flame out of my big torch. It'll consume a full size tank in less than an hour. lol

Use a Geo Metro 3 cyl. They're cheap and efficient.

Grab a noid light and see if it's getting a pulse. If not check/clean the ecu connections.

Test your Fuel pressure, It sounds like it's running rich. If you FP checks out, I would check the tension and traces in the AFM. Also make sure that the contacts in your tps are at the correct points.

I would definatly put patches over them. They are too deep to just use body filler. Also make sure to clean and seal both the front and back of the panel .

For stuff as thin as 22 I would use .25 . It should make it a little easier to get a smaller bead with less burn through.

Sounds lean, I'd put a fuel pressure gauge on it.

Sorry but that thing is garbage. One of th worst I've seen. ) : . I would definately demand a refund or replacement. It wouldn't be so bad if you just had to trim but you're gonna need to build up new corners.

I think it really needs the body line. Took me many extra hours of body work to make it straight and perfect. I don't think they were ever totally straight even from the factory.

I use an Electromotive TEC II . The biggest reason for this though, I got it pretty much when they first came out and there weren't that many other choices. It has proven to be a great unit though. Very durable and problem free. I still need to send it in for a prom update, so I can use the new win software. I still run the old PafZ Blend. If I was to buy another one today, I'd probably go with the MS or something else. Just because of the price, but the unit has worked pretty much flawlessly so it's proven it's worth. Do a lot of reading as there are a multitude of units out there today. There are some really good comparisons and writeups on here.

With all those goodies in your motor. Why be held back by the stock system and not go to a standalone? Just curious?

How are you getting spark, if it's not cranking??. If you just meant to say not starting, Most likely it's water in your distributor. Remove the cap and dry the contacts.

What is your fuel pressure at?

Search , this has been discussed a million times before. Yes it can be done. You would want to keep the Turbo flywheel and plate. Use the Na Drive shaft.

Looks great.. Can't really tell from the pics but the shoulder harnesses look like they're mounted too low. Witch can cause spinal compression in an accident.

Witch insurance company are you with? Their lawyers should be able to handle it for you, without your rates going up. Of course, without a police report you might be a little SOL. Not sure about NYC but in most states you could still go file a police report. Were there any witnesses?
