  1. What color are your wheels? My vote would be to keep the air dam the same red as the body, and go with the flares in a darker metallic grey/gunmetal. The anthracite inZane posted is nice. Personally, I would go a little darker with it. Another option is body color flares or white if you're feeling bold

    3" exhaust?

Place a resonator as close as you can to the header outlet and then run a muffler in the back in the stock location. Do some research for what others are using. There's a lot more than the exhaust that effects the sound of the car that you should consider.
  3. If you pay with PayPal or your credit card you shouldn't have a problem getting your money back if things don't follow through. If it gives you some peace of mind, you can always shoot Allensfasteners a call or an email at 1.909.223.8347 or allensfasteners@yahoo.com. With the way the contact info is given, I would guess that it's a guy running it from at home (PO box for address, yahoo email, cell number, etc.).
  4. It's a pretty straight forward installation with a few differences. Please search.
  5. I couldn't find anything in class 10.9 in M10x1.25 on McMaster at all with a standard hex head! Is class 8.8 not strong enough? That's what I used when I went through my suspension and the factory hardware was in poor shape. In class 8.8 prices range from 35 to 65 cents per bolt (plus shipping) for fully threaded bolts, depending on length.
  6. It might help to put your member location in your profile
  7. You seem to be pretty savvy with all of the electrical components! MegaSquirt might be right up your alley
  8. Personally, I think you should go with whichever color you like! It's your car, and your opinion should be the one that really matters I really like shooting the candy colors too! They're a little more challenging to get right, but they look so good in person compared to a single stage powder! What gun are you shooting? Who do you get your powder through? I'm a fan of that timing cover!
  9. Check for vacuum leaks and get a fuel pressure gauge on it.
  10. PM sent I have a set of the 133mm 240z rods for the beefier 9mm rod bolts and I have no problems shipping to Norway!
  11. Good work sir! You need to remount your harnesses. It's very dangerous to have them mounted with the straps at such an angle. Check out the schroth harness mounting instructions. The rear straps need to be within 20 degrees of horizontal, iirc. The way they are currently mounted will have the harness compressing your spine in an impact. Welcome to hybridZ! It's great that you're saving her, and doing a good job at it too!
  12. Might have some success with a local deal if you put your location in your profile, so people might know where local is at! Also, if you're searching for flares, you'll get more results spelling it as "flares" rather than "flairs".
  13. Excellent work! Looks to be very professionally done! Maybe you have something to stick in the vendor's forum, as there really doesn't seem to be a good way to control these fans right now from the minimal research I've done.
  14. It would make it much easier if you just post up all of the links here so they don't have to find them. It would only be a matter of moving them.
  15. Car is looking great Stony! What are your plans with paint? I think it would look great if the bumpers/wing/mirrors were all one accent color. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the bumpers being body color, but the car is a monster none-the-less!
  16. You need a 240mm flywheel to match your 240mm clutch set. Aftermarket light options are out there, or you can use a stock one from a turbo car or a 2+2. Another option would be to order a 225mm clutch set off of the internet.
  17. Pick up a $4 spark tester from any autoparts store and see if you're getting spark. Are you using megasquirt to control your ignition at all, or is it fuel only right now?
  18. The P79 head has exhaust liners built into them, which on their own flow decently well. However, they have a habit of breaking off and making their way down the exhaust and wrecking that exhaust port. Some of them hold up just fine and others will fall apart. It's a bit of a luck of the draw. This isn't the only reason, but it is a contributing factor. Check out the sticky on this.
